Booking

Our Yoga retreats prices do not include airfare to Costa Rica. To reserve your space with us you will have to do the following in advance:

Check the availability of open weeks/weekends/days with SurferCR before to pay. (please make sure we have space available in the retreat date of your choice prior to booking your flight for your Yoga Surfari Retreat.)
Choose the accommodation (type of housing) you wish to have during you retreat so SurferCR is able to check the availability
Pay upfront 50% to reserve, transfer goes to SurferCR bank account . The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to the retreat start date.

Travel Documentation

You must bring a valid passport to enter and exit Costa Rica.

Cancellation policy

There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a retreat early. If you cancel 60 days or more prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus a $200 office fee or be charged a 25% cancellation fee. If you cancel 45 - 59 days prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus a $400 office fee or be charged a 30% cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 30 - 44 days prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus a 40% office fee or be charged a 60% cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 15 - 29 days prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus a 50% office fee or be charged a 75% cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation 5 - 14 days prior to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus a 60% office fee or be charged an 85% cancellation fee. If you cancel 4 days or less to the retreat start date: you can either apply a credit towards another retreat minus a 70% office fee or be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

No Exceptions to Cancellation Policy

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including but not limited to weather, personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We recommend purchasing Travel Cancellation Insurance.

Canceled Yoga Retreats

If Yoga Surfaris, SurferCR must cancel a retreat, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement. Yoga Surfaris, SurferCR is not responsible for any guest costs and expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips. We will advise you with as much time as possible ahead of time if a retreat is cancelled.

Liability Release Forms

Guests who fail to provide personal information and signed liability release forms prior to your arrival will not be allowed to join the retreat. The above cancellation policy will apply. Liability release forms will be sent along with your Welcome email once you have reserved a retreat.

Welcome Email

Once you have reserved a retreat, you will receive a Welcome email with all the tour information, liability release form and other important information.

Personalized service

In our Yoga Surfaris we like to give a personalized service, for this reason a guide of SurferCR will always accompany you in each activity.

Your yoga and surf retreat is going to be an unforgettable moment!

In SurferCR we have a person in charge of capturing each of the unforgettable moments that you will have in our retirement.

At the end of your retreat we will give a gift of a DVD with all your retreat activities captured by our photographer. But make it be known that these photos are copyrighted by SurferCR for our advertising purposes and must not be published in any other form. For personal use only.
